Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)

About the role

Provide occupational therapy services to patients, assessing needs and developing treatment plans to improve functional abilities. Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, OSHA standards, and complete required skills checklists and tests. Maintain professional communication and documentation throughout assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy plans
• Implement treatment strategies to enhance patient independence and function
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards such as OSHA
• Complete necessary documentation, skills checklists, and tests
• Maintain communication with healthcare teams and patients

Qualifications

• Possess current BLS certification and appropriate licensure
• Valid occupational therapy license and certification
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Proficiency in completing skills checklists and assessments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
