Travel Occupational Therapist - Lymphedema - $2,728 per week

About the role

Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Reedsport, Oregon, starting 10/05/2026. This position provides both outpatient and inpatient therapy services with a strong emphasis on evaluation and treatment of patients with lymphedema.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema
• Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary rehab team
• Deliver strong patient education and maintain excellent documentation

Requirements

• Outpatient experience preferred
• Lymphedema treatment experience required (CLT preferred)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Current Oregon OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Pay

Pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
