Travel Occupational Therapist (LTC/SNF) - $2,460 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract position starting immediately in Modesto, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Assess and develop treatment plans to meet patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and outcomes according to established protocols

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in California
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in SNFs preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) system

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
