Travel Occupational Therapist (LTC/SNF) - $2,370 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 10, 2026, in Lebanon, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Assess patients' functional abilities and needs, and modify activities to meet their goals
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
• Adapt therapy sessions to accommodate individual patient needs and preferences

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Oregon
• At least two years of recent, relevant clinical experience
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer systems and software used in healthcare settings

Skills

• Skilled in assessment and treatment of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments
• Knowledgeable in the use of adaptive equipment and technology
• Experience with patient education and discharge planning

Pay

The bill rate is $91.05 per hour, with a 5% hit. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses. Additional benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance are included.

Schedule

Days shift, 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
