Travel Occupational Therapist (LTC/SNF) - $2,070 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Hawaii.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of recent, relevant clinical experience in long-term care settings.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations related to long-term care.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Passion for providing compassionate care to patients in need.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic medical records systems.
• Experience with fall prevention and management techniques.
• Knowledge of assistive technology and adaptive equipment.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, as well as reimbursements for meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Any benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to the weekly pay.
