Travel Occupational Therapist (LTC/SNF) - $2,020 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Darlington, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN
• Current CPR certification

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in computer systems for documentation

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
