Travel Occupational Therapist (LTC/SNF) - $1,940 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 25, 2026, in Henderson, Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote independence and quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
• Current CPR certification

• Skilled in assessment and treatment of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

The bill rate is $75 per hour, with a tax-free stipend to be determined. The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with benefits starting on day one.
