Travel Occupational Therapist (LTC/SNF) - $1,940 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Granger, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Indiana
• At least 2 years of recent, relevant clinical experience
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Knowledge of long-term care facilities and their unique challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Experience working in long-term care settings preferred
• Ability to travel within the United States

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule
