Travel Occupational Therapist (LTC/SNF) - $1,940 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 10, 2026, in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Wyoming.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy.
• At least two years of recent, relevant experience in long-term care settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with various medical conditions and disabilities.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to adapt to different patient populations and environments.

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
