About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Long Term Acute Care Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term acute care setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in long-term acute care settings preferred.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the national certification exam.
- Current CPR certification.
