Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Long Term Acute Care Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Purcell, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term acute care setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Oklahoma.
• Experience in long-term acute care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the national OTAP exam.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay
