Responsibilities

• Assist patients with physical, occupational, and speech therapy activities
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Monitor patient progress and report to supervising therapists
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to infection control protocols

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arizona
• One year of relevant experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Proficiency in using MedHost charting system
