Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (08:00 - 18:30)
• Start date: 09/14/2026

Responsibilities

• Acute care patient management
• Adaptive equipment assessment and recommendation
• Patient and family education
• Lifting and transfer techniques
• Plan of care development and reassessments
• Discharge planning and home assessments
• Charting using Cerner system

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in acute care
• BLS certification
• Travel experience required
• Skills: Acute Care, Adaptive Equipment, Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Home Assessment, Patient/Family Education, Lifting and transfer, Plan of Care, Reassessments
