About the role

Aya is seeking a Travel OT to join their team in an Inpatient Rehab setting in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions using adaptive equipment and techniques
• Conduct cognitive assessments and provide patient/family education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and therapists
• Perform discharge planning and safety assessments

Requirements

• MD OT License
• BLS Certification
• Experience in adult rehabilitation facilities
• Knowledge of amputee care and discharge planning
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different schedules

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in assessment and evaluation techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
