About the role

Travel Occupational Therapist working in inpatient settings at a 188‑bed acute care hospital that features advanced surgical technology, a Level 1 Trauma Center, and comprehensive cardiovascular and obstetric services, providing therapy services in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician orders
• Conduct assessments
• Review patient progress
• Develop and implement functional treatment goals to enhance daily living, work, and productive activities
• May include float rotations
• Responsible for interpreting orders, assessments, and developing treatment plans aligned with patient goals

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• At least 1 year of inpatient experience
• Certifications in Occupational Therapy

Skills

• Experience in acute care or Trauma Center settings
• Knowledge of orthopedic and cardiovascular patient care
• Proficiency with EHR systems
