American Traveler is hiring an Inpatient Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment at a Level 3 Trauma Center serving a complex adult and geriatric patient population.

Assignment Details

• Location: Zanesville, Ohio
• Start Date: September 28, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 40 hours per week, 5x8hr shifts
• Shift: Days, Sunday-Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm
• Setting: Inpatient acute care at a 260-bed Level 3 Trauma Center
• Patient population: Semi-complex orthopedic, neurosurgical, neurological, cardiovascular, and general surgery cases; primarily adult, geriatric, and young adult
• Weekend shift requests may be accommodated as able

Requirements

• Current, active Ohio OT license and registry (cannot be in-process)
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience within the past 5 years
• Minimum 2 years overall experience
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with orthopedic/joint replacement post-operative care
• Epic EMR experience

Additional Information

• Treat medically complex and intubated patients in critical care as part of caseload
• Work within a Level 3 Trauma Center environment
• RTO must be disclosed at time of submission to be honored
