About the role
Travel Occupational Therapist providing inpatient rehabilitation services in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and deliver treatments focused on activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
- Work within an inpatient rehab unit, supporting patient recovery and independence.
- Utilize rehab gym equipment, and adhere to dress code standards.
- Participate in approximately one weekend shift every six weeks with flexible weekdays off.
Qualifications
- Licensed occupational therapist with at least 2 years of acute care or rehab experience.
- Proven expertise in ADLs and mobility assessments and treatments.
Skills & Key Duties
- Provide specialized occupational therapy assessments and interventions
- Evaluate patient needs related to daily activities and mobility
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced inpatient environment
- Maintain documentation and adhere to facility protocols
