Requirements
- Current state or equivalent compact license
- Active License in hand
- At least 2 years of recent OT experience as an Occupational Therapy
- Current Resume
- Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for OT
- 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker
- Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
