Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards
• Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools
• Establishes individualized treatment plans
• Provides therapy interventions
• Maintains comprehensive clinical documentation
• Supervises assigned assistants

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
• Licensure in the state of practice
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per organization policy
• Two years of occupational therapy experience

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
