Travel Occupational Therapist Home Health - $2,800 per week

About the role

American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lacey, Washington. This position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, and starts immediately.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop personalized care plans for patients requiring occupational therapy services
• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to adult and pediatric patients in their home environment
• Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Leverage key skills such as functional mobility and ADLs in providing care
• Document patient progress accurately and ensure compliance with agency protocols and healthcare regulations

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Willingness to obtain Washington licensure

Pay
