Requirements

• Current Ohio state occupational therapy license (must be valid prior to start; pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum of one year of experience as an OT in an acute care setting
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with the candidate listed as a driver

Qualifications

• Home care experience desired
• HomeCare HomeBase charting experience preferred (not required)
