Travel Occupational Therapist - Home Health - $2,338 per week

About the role

This is a 13-week travel contract position for an Occupational Therapist in home health. The role offers a 40-hour work week with an 8-hour day shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment accordingly.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.

Requirements

• 2+ years of current Occupational Therapy experience.
• 2+ years of current home health experience.
• OASIS experience required.
• Active Michigan Occupational Therapy license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Clean driving record and proof of auto insurance.
