Travel Occupational Therapist - Home Health - $2,269 per week

About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This position offers 13 weeks of work at 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with a variety of conditions to help them regain or improve daily living skills.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARCH.
• Home health experience is required.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and current licensure. Additional certifications may be required.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
