Occupational Therapist (OT) Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide home health services in Springfield, Ohio. This role entails working directly with patients in a home care environment, focusing on post-acute diagnoses and rehabilitation. The primary service areas include Clark, Edgar, Effingham, Champaign, and Madison County.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for patients in a home care setting.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Supervise and collaborate with rehabilitation aides and COTAs.
• Effectively manage patient scheduling and adjust visit plans as needed.

Qualifications

Schedule

• This position allows for self-scheduling, enabling clinicians to create and manage their own daily schedules.
• Flexibility is available to rearrange patient visits as needed.
• No weekend or holiday availability required.
