Travel Occupational Therapist - Home Health - $1,683 per week
About the Role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Hermiston, Oregon. This role offers the opportunity to work in a home health setting, providing skilled care to patients while enjoying the flexibility to explore a new location.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and activities.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Oregon or eligibility for licensure.
- Previous experience in home health or a related setting preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
