Travel Occupational Therapist Float - $1,790 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting on August 10, 2026, in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Maryland
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
• At least one year of relevant experience in SNFs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience working in SNFs preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Skilled in assessment and treatment of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments
• Proficient in using assistive devices and adaptive equipment
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
