Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a community stroke and rehab setting.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Indiana.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT).

Pay
