About the role
Zack Group is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Saint Cloud, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with patient needs and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current state or equivalent compact license.
- At least 2 years of recent OT experience.
- Active or pending State License as an OT.
- Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for OT.
- 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker.
