Travel Occupational Therapist Assistant - SNF - $1,775 per week

Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) specialized in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) in a healthcare setting. The travel assignment is located in Gallup, New Mexico, starts on October 26 2026 and runs for 13 weeks, concluding on January 23 2027. The OTA provides therapeutic interventions to patients under the supervision of an occupational therapist, supporting rehabilitation and patient recovery objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans for patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Provide therapeutic interventions under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
• Document patient progress accurately.
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA).
• Relevant degree in occupational therapy assistance.
• Valid state licensure or registration.
• No minimum experience required.

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Day shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
