Travel Occupational Therapist Assistant - $1,680 per week

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist Assistant for a 12-week assignment in Oregon, Missouri starting July 26, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation programs.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Document treatments accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy plans.
• Participate in care meetings and required training.
• Follow all state licensing, NBCOT, and AOTA practice standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of OTA experience.
• LTC or SNF experience required.
• Active Missouri OTA license required.
• New graduates accepted if they have completed a Level II clinical rotation (Level I observation only is not accepted).
