About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist Assistant for a position in Haskell, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
- Assess client needs and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities to promote independence and improve functional skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- 40 hours per week.
- 8 hours shift, days.
- TX or compact license - [REQUIRED]
- 2 years OTA experience in LTC setting - [REQUIRED]
Qualifications
- Commensurate with experience.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using occupational therapy equipment and techniques.
