Travel Occupational Therapist Assistant - $1,525 per week
Occupational Therapist Assistant (OT Assistant) in Massachusetts. This position involves supporting clinical interventions through evidence-based practices and providing rehabilitative treatment to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders. The role includes administering procedures such as activities of daily living (ADL) retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices, all under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient progress and communicate with supervising Occupational Therapists to adjust treatments
- Document clinical information in electronic records
- Participate in patient care conferences, trainings, and meetings
- Support students under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist
- Ensure compliance with practice acts, ethics, and documentation standards
Requirements
- Active State Licensure/Registration when applicable
- 1 year of OTA experience (REQUIRED)
- Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehab experience (REQUIRED)
- COTA license (REQUIRED)
Schedule
- Days shift
- 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- 13-week assignment starting 08/31/2026
