Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
- One year of experience required.
- One year of level 1 trauma acute care experience required.
- Experience in an acute care hospital setting required.
- BLS required.
- State license required.
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Start time may be flexible up to 8:00 AM.
- Weekend requirement: One weekend shift, Saturday and Sunday, during a 4-week period with a day off during the applicable week.
- Floating: May float within scope to support other therapy service lines.
