About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Walla Walla, Washington. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and is full-time.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions
- Experience working in an acute care hospital setting
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping
