Access Healthcare is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Salem, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• At least 1 year of recent relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in computer software and electronic health records systems.

Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
• Ability to assess and treat physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours, days.
