About the role
Talent4Health is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Salinas, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in a hospital setting
- Work with patients in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current California Occupational Therapy license
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 3 years of occupational therapy experience
- At least 1 year of NICU experience
Qualifications
Experience working in a hospital setting and specifically in the NICU is preferred.

- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
