Requirements
- 2 years of previous Occupational Therapist experience (required)
- Home health experience (preferred but not required)
- Epic experience (preferred)
- Active state license (required)
- Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months (required)
First-time travelers accepted. Department provides training and a Therapy manager for support during the first couple of weeks.
