Travel Occupational Therapist - $3,006 per week

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026 in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days.
• Two years of previous OT experience [required].
• Home health experience [preferred], but not necessary.
• The department is willing to train and support with a Therapy manager.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Epic experience [preferred].
• Current state license [required].
• Not employed by UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required].
• Own vehicle required, mileage will be reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program in occupational therapy.
• Pass a background check.
