About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 14-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist License.
- BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities or Long-Term Care settings preferred.
