About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Ukiah, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Active Occupational Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,960.00 (Based on 40 hours)
Schedule
8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
