Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,826 per week

About the role

Opportunity for a Home Health Occupational Therapist in Medford, Oregon and surrounding areas. This position involves providing skilled therapeutic services to patients in their homes with a 1:1 patient ratio in a collaborative, patient-centered care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
• Manage a caseload with up to 6 patients per day, meeting a productivity standard of 30 points
• Utilize EPIC and Oasis charting systems for documentation
• Group patient visits efficiently to minimize drive time

Requirements

• 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Oasis experience required
• Certification: BLS required
• Traveler must have reliable personal transportation
• Skills required: Acute Care, Activities of Daily Living, Biofeedback, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Edema Massage, Electrical Stimulation, TENS, Ultrasound, Arthritis Program, Hand Injury, Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement, Soft Tissue Injuries, Knee Injuries and Total Knee Replacement, Upper and Lower Extremity Prosthetics, and Splinting

Schedule

• 8-hour day shifts (4x10 and 3x12 schedules cannot be accommodated)
• No weekend requirement
• No on-call requirement
• Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)

Pay

• Estimated gross weekly pay: $2826.00
• Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
