About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week position starting on August 24, 2026, in Hood River, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Document progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health Occupational Therapy experience.
- First-time travelers accepted.
- OASIS experience is required.
- AHA BLS (BCLS) – Required.
- Active Oregon and Washington OT licenses are required. Washington license in hand preferred. Oregon license may be pending.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
- Current active license in both Oregon and Washington.
- Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in OASIS and AHA BLS certifications.
