About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapist for a 12-week contract in Grants, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to patients in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of active Physical Therapist license.
- BLS certification through American Heart Association.
- EMR proficiency with Cerner.
- State license/certification as a Physical Therapist.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,780.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shift.
