Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,767 per week

About the role

Travel Occupational Therapist position in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Start date: November 2, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. Work setting includes inpatient occupational therapy (adult and pediatric ICUs, trauma centers, rehabilitation programs), acute inpatient, skilled services, and outpatient areas. Dress code: solid color scrubs, clean and professional appearance required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide treatment for patients across various units including adult and pediatric ICUs, trauma centers, and rehabilitation programs.
• Conduct approximately 9 evaluations and 16 treatments per day, depending on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and justify the next level of care.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide care to a diverse clientele with a variety of diagnoses, including neuro, orthopedic, and oncology cases.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid Wisconsin state license (must be obtained before start).
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Completion of credentialing and onboarding process (may take up to 2 months).
