Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,749 per week

HCS 24/7 is looking for a travel Occupational Therapist in Fremont, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• No new graduates.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems.

Pay

The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

This will be a 13-week assignment, 8A-5P shift starting 07/20/2026 working 40 hours per week.

Additional Information

• Compensation will include great rates as well as maximum subsidies to those who qualify.
