Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, located in Carmichael, California. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in California.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using occupational therapy software.
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and techniques.

Pay
