Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 20, 2026, located in Hayward, California. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in California.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pass a background check.
• Willingness to travel within the United States.
