About the role
Vibra Travels is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Muskogee, Oklahoma. The position is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and functions under a physician's order.
Responsibilities
- Provide and direct Occupational Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations.
- Function under a physician's order.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy, where accepted. Masters degree required otherwise.
- Required Certifications: BLS
- State Licensure Requirements: NBCOT registered and licensed per state of practice requirements
- Minimum year’s experience: 1 year
- Required experience: Acute setting experience
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment.
