Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in various healthcare settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ year required (2+ years preferred); must be an independent practitioner.
• Discipline: Occupational Therapist.
• Start Date: August 10, 2026.
• Duration: 20 weeks.
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Shift: 8 hours, days.
• Employment Type: Travel.
• Local Candidates: Accepted.
• Experience: Local candidates may be considered.
• Home Health Experience: Required.
• OASIS Experience/Training: Preferred.
• Certifications: BLS and active State OT License.
• Driver’s License: Required for home visits.
• Vehicle: Reliable vehicle required for home visits.
• Covid-19 Vaccination: Required.
• Flu Vaccination or Declination: Mask required if declined.
