Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,631 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, located in Hayward, California. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient function and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in California.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
• At least two years of recent, relevant work experience.
• Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation setting preferred.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week, subject to confirmation. There is also a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
